Case Study: Quick turnaround of CBD Articles for a new blog

Problem: An analytical laboratory’s new website had no blog content

The client, Phytovista Laboratories is a testing facility in Frome, Somerset. Their services provide certification and quality assurance to food and food supplements industry including CBD products.

They’re a team of passionate, experienced analytical chemists keen to show what they can do. So they hooked up with Digital Mad to redesign their website. But without any blog content, the new site would struggle to gain traffic.

Solution: Quick turnaround of three complementary blog topics

The initial brief from Digital Mad was for one document detailing the inaccuracy of CBD labelling in the UK. But more content was required to make the blog feel more comprehensive.

So, I performed a keyword analysis of their UK competitors and similar companies based in the US to come up for additional blog content. I choose keyword topics that are buzzwords in both the CBD and testing industries: heavy metals and terpenes.

We were up against the clock to meet the deadline of their website re-launch. I researched and wrote all three blog posts in a week and delivered all on-time.

Happy writer. Happy client.
